SHIPPING POLICY
True Stories by Annette Carter sells books that are printed and fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment provider, Lulu Direct.
ORDER PROCESSING
Books are printed after an order is placed. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for printing and order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, periods of high demand, or due to circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the customer's delivery address and the shipping method available for the order. Customers will be able to review applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase.
DELIVERY
Delivery time begins after the order has been printed, processed, and shipped. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected or available.
Please note that estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order information and, when possible, photographs showing the problem so we can review the issue and assist you.
